Billed monthly through Shopify. Individual agents include a 24-hour free trial and EcomAgent Pro includes 72 hours. Cancellations are available up to 10 days before your next payment date.
Connected accounts
Your Shopify store and Meta Ads Manager connections are authorised inside the agent during setup, and can be revoked from your Ecom Agent account.
Downloads & updates
Your agent package downloads after checkout. Updates are delivered to existing subscribers from our backend through the cloud — you do not re-purchase to stay current.
