Download the agent package

After checkout you receive a downloadable package containing the agent's scripts, instructions and onboarding material. You then open it inside Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex — a paid plan for one of those is required and is not included.

Authorise the accounts it needs

Follow the setup instructions and connect the ecommerce or advertising accounts that agent works with — your Shopify store, your Meta Ads Manager. Every connection is authorised by you, and can be revoked from your Ecom Agent account.

Every connection is one you authorise

An agent works with what is on your computer and inside the ecommerce and advertising accounts you connect during setup. We do not receive passwords, bypass permissions, or reach anything you have not authorised — and you can revoke access from your Ecom Agent account.

You review, you decide, you execute

Each specialist researches, diagnoses and recommends, then explains its reasoning so you can argue with it. It does not change budgets, pause ads, edit your catalogue or spend on your behalf. Every business decision stays yours.

Evidence is labelled as evidence

Outputs separate verified data, estimates, observed signals and inference. Public engagement is a signal of interest, not proof of revenue, and the agents are built to say so rather than dress a guess up as a number.

Scope written down before you pay

Every plan page states who the agent is for, what it needs, what it analyses, what it produces and what it does not do yet. Planned features are shown as planned, never as something you are buying today.

  • A paid Claude or ChatGPT plan is required to run the agents, and is not included in your subscription.
  • The agents advise. They do not run campaigns, edit your store, publish anything or spend your budget.
  • The Creative Strategist produces static advertising creative only. UGC and video workflows are planned, not available.
  • Output quality follows the quality of your brief and the account access you grant.
  • We make no guarantee of revenue, ROAS, a winning product or a winning ad. Results depend on your product, economics, offer, creative, tracking quality and market conditions.
  • The exact download and installation format, and the precise split of what stays on your machine versus what is sent to third-party AI services, are being finalised and will be published before launch.
